Dr. Iraj Hirmanpour PSP & TSP provide a quantitative framework to help individual developers gain visibility into their personal development processes, providing early warning systems of quality issues and schedule slippage. In this presentation, we describe the PSP/TSP framework, show how it is put into practice, and describe the benefits that can be achieved by employing the framework. We also discuss cultural issues that need to overcome based on presenter’s experience with PSP/TSP implementation.
