Information: Maintains the Official Records of SPIN, especially the Board of Directors. The Secretary monitors the operation of SPIN to insure compliance with the Bylaws, Minutes of Board Meetings. The Secretary also prepares and reads the Minutes at each Board Meeting. The Secretary presides in the absence of the President or the Treasurer.
