Replicating Success - Deploying the Innovations Team Engagement Model

Abstract:

Companies often have teams to manage technology standards and approve software use, but who is working to help leverage these systems and emerging technologies to solve disparate business challenges and to deploy your "best practices" across the Enterprise?  In this presentation, we will discuss how the Innovations Team engagement model can be leveraged in your organization to replicate solutions across multiple organizational needs, develop proof of concept systems, evaluate emerging technologies, and transition work to projects or business units. The Innovations Team is a division of the Architecture team within Enterprise Information Services, and serves consumer lines of business and enterprise application delivery.

Bio:

Hans Eckman provides transitional management and consulting for growing companies, with 13 of his 20 years experience spent implementing web-based software solutions across diverse industries. He is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst at SunTrust Banks Inc. for the Enterprise Delivery Services Online Workstream, and provides process improvement and mentoring support through the BA Center of Excellence and CPMO. http://hanseckman.com/
