| Responsible for carrying out the decisions
of the Board of Directors. The President presides over the operation
of SPIN. The President appoints the Committee Chairman to assist in
the day-to-day operation of SPIN, and prepares a report for each Board
meeting that covers the activities of each of the Committees. The
President serves in the absence of the Secretary or the Treasurer. |

| The Vice-President will assist the President
in presiding over the Atlanta SPIN and will assume the duties of the
President upon the latter's request, absence, or incapacity. Vice
President is also responsible for organizational development efforts. |

| Maintains the Official Records of SPIN,
especially the Board of Directors. The Secretary monitors the operation
of SPIN to insure compliance with the Bylaws, Minutes of Board Meetings,
and Directives of Georgia Tech. The Secretary also prepares and reads
the Minutes at each Board Meeting. The Secretary presides in the absence
of the President or the Treasurer. |

| Maintains the Financial Records of SPIN.
The Treasurer communicates with Mike McCracken, handles receipts and
disbursements from the bank account, approves all transactions, and
prepares a Financial Report for each Board Meeting. The Treasurer
presides in the absence of the President or the Secretary. |
