Bio:
Michael is a Principal at AGSI, a leading consultancy in helping organizations close
the performance gap between their goals and their daily process execution. Mike has over
three decades of experience in delivering high risk and complex business automation
solutions and shrink-wrapped software products. He has lead software development and
engineering at such companies as United Airlines, CSX Technology, Peachtree Software,
Knowledgeware and Openware Technologies. In these roles and in more than a decade of
consulting, he has performed IT process improvement programs at all maturity levels
using state-of-the-art models and best practices. He works with executives, managers
and practitioners enabling them to increase both the quality and the predictability of
their work while aligning it with true business need.
