Abstract:

As a change agent, do you sometimes feel like a sighted person in the land of the blind? You know what is needed but the people involved just don’t know what they don’t know? Are you having problems establishing a new Project Management Office or a new end-to-end SDLC or a new project management methodology? You know you are right and that this process improvement is exactly what the organization needs.

However, you just don’t seem to be able to get traction in moving the needle? Yes, you are staffed and people seem to agree but it just isn’t going well or at least the way you thought it would? Well, take heart! You are not alone! Most organizations desire advancement in process maturity the challenge is actually creating a change management environment that fosters success. The key is making the new process part of the organizational culture. In this presentation, we will delve into practices and techniques that you can leverage to improve your chances while giving them vision too.
